About Samer
Samer Kassas is an HR professional and career coach based in Ottawa, with 21 years of experience across government, non-profit, and private organizations in 19 countries. He holds an MSc in HR Management and Training from the University of Leicester and is CIPD CHRP certified.
Today he works in staffing and HR for the public sector and coaches job seekers and leaders on the side — including volunteer coaching with World Skills Employment Centre, OCISO, and Pinecrest-Queensway Employment Services. He speaks English and Arabic and works with people from all backgrounds, with a soft spot for newcomers building a new career in Canada.
